The clients supplied the detailed tech pack for the cooler bag needed

2. Material sourcing
Source the suitable materials, and supply different fabric swatch options and zipper colors to clients for confirmation.

3. Sample approval
The sample center make sample with approved materials, and then supply to clients for approval.
The samples are supplied to testing center, to make sure they are according to USA product compliance.

4. The production team then starts to make confirmation sample before mass production.
After approval of PPS sample, workers cut the fabrics, and sew the pieces together carefully, making sure the seams are strong. Quality controls checks are carried out at regular intervals during production to ensure each bag meets the quality requirements.

5. Delivery and follow up
After the production is complete, the bags are packaged and delivered to the client. We supplied the door to door delivery service to customers
