1. The client's Idea

2. Design phase

Based on the client's input, we start creating design drafts, with dimensions, LOGO positions, pockets details.

3.Material sourcing

Source the suitable materials, and supply different fabric swatch options and zipper colors to clients for confirmation.

4. Production process

The production team then starts to make confirmation sample before mass production. After approval of PPS sample, workers cut the fabrics, and sew the pieces together carefully, making sure the seams are strong. Quality controls checks are carried out at regular intervals during production to ensure each bag meets the quality requirements.

5. Delivery and follow up
